To reduce the incidence of illegal behaviors in the community, particularly physical and sexual victimization, through the provision of quality psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic services to court-mandated or agency-mandated clients.

Objectives:

• • Reduction in the incidence of physical and sexual violence against partners and family members through the provision of domestic violence education and therapy to male batterers.
• • Reduction in the incidence of sexual offending behaviors through the provision of sex offender education and therapy to male and female sex offenders, both juvenile and adult.
• • Reduction in the number of sexual acting out behaviors and other behavioral problems among MR/DD clients through behavior-modification training within the STOP, Inc. MR/DD Sex Offender Program.
• • Reduction in the number of repeat offenders of inappropriate sexual behavior in the city and state parks, through the education provided in the STOP, Inc. Parks' Program curriculum.
